We recommend attending dental hygiene appointments on an annual or biannual basis. We also offer Airflow Tooth Polishing, which can gently and effectively remove plaque and tartar as well as superficial staining.

What should my at-home oral health routine look like?

Our dental hygiene team will be able to help develop an at-home plan that’s built around you, but all at-home routines should include:

• Brushing twice a day for two minutes with a fluoride toothpaste
• Flossing regularly
• Brushing the tongue as well as the teeth
• Replacing your toothbrush or toothbrush head every three months
